Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines. The ideal candidate should have experience in CNC machining, understand engineering drawings, and be capable of producing precision components according to specifications. Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate VMC machines according to production schedules and technical drawings. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations. Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process. Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect finished parts. Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as required. Ensure machine operations are running efficiently and safely. Identify and troubleshoot any operational issues with the machine. Maintain logs of production output, machine performance, and quality control. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist in machine maintenance and report issues to the maintenance team.
