Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure components meet exact specifications.
• Handle CNC programs and make necessary offset adjustments to achieve tight tolerances.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Perform routine machine maintenance and adhere to all safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

  Freshers to 8 years of hands-on experience as a VMC or HMC operator.

• Education:

  ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E or a related field.

• Skills:

  Strong ability to read technical drawings, proficiency with measuring instruments, and a keen eye for detail.

• Bonus:

  Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controllers is a plus!
