* To program, set up, and operate VMC / CNC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
* Optimize programs to minimize cycle time and tool wear
* Select appropriate tools, fixtures and materials
* Operate VMC / CNC machines for production after setup
* Inspect components using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM (if applicable)
* Maintain a job sheets, tool usage logs, and production reports.
# ITI / DME / B.E (Mech)
# Min 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC or VMC machine programming, setting and operation
# Experience in handling Fanuc / Siemens controls.
# Exposure to multi axis machining or precision components preferred
# Willingness to work in shifts or overtime, if required
# Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
