Educational qualification - Diploma (Mech, Auto, Mechatronics) / ITI (Any degree) / BE

Experience or Fresher Candidate-Immediate Requirement

Job location - Porur, Alapakkam

Opening position - 4 Nos (On roll)

• CAM Programming (3,4 & 5 Axes using Master CAM software is must)
• Knowledge on Fanuc Controller
• Prove-out the FA in CNC Machines.
• Knowledge on GD&T.
• Experience in Tool selection and Special tool design.
• Knowledge on Cutting tools.
• Knowledge on standard clamping Elements.
• Knowledge on CNC Milling & Turning machines.
• Knowledge on PPAP( PFMEA,CP & PFD etc).
• Rout cause analysis & Corrective action.
• Continual improvement.
• AS9100 awareness.
