Vlocity Developer

Role Overview: As a Vlocity Developer at Wipro Limited, your role involves designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client end while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, software development, and proposed software - Develop and automate processes for software validation through setting up and designing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases - Modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces - Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications to an existing system - Ensure error-free code, test failures, and prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status - Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports as requested - Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress, and provide feedback on usability, serviceability, quality risks, and report to concerned stakeholders - Report status and maintain a customer focus on an ongoing basis regarding the project and its execution - Capture all requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work - Take feedback regularly to ensure smooth and on-time delivery - Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices and learn new programming languages - Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces, develop specifications, and performance requirements - Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code - Document necessary details and reports formally for a proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation - Ensure good quality interaction with customers regarding e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette, etc. - Provide timely responses to customer requests and avoid instances of complaints either internally or externally Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Industries Vlocity - Experience: 3-5 Years Note: Wipro Limited is focused on building innovative solutions for digital transformation and aims to empower its employees to design their own reinvention within a business powered by purpose.,
