Role & responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Handle VKYC Verification to address customer queries, complaints, and support issues. Resolve customer problems efficiently and professionally. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.). Preferred candidate profile
