This role is pivotal in helping our clientsFilm+TV production houses, studios, distributors, and service vendorsfind the right partners and unlock new business opportunities globally. You&aposll lead the execution of high-impact outreach campaigns: understanding project briefs, profiling targets via the Vitrina platform, identifying key decision-makers, crafting personalized outreach content, and running campaigns using tools like Lemlist and HubSpot. Key Responsibilities -Client Project Understanding Review and internalize client briefs, project synopses, decks, and outreach goals. Understand and align with client objectives (e.g., co-production, financing, content sales, vendor sourcing). - Target Profiling & Lead Generation Use Vitrina to identify relevant companies and executives across the entertainment supply chain. Map and qualify decision-makers across Content Acquisition, Production, Sales, Development. Enrich leads with verified contact data using Vitrina and external tools. -Campaign Planning & Execution Tailored outreach email campaigns that resonate with senior entertainment execs. Build and launch email sequences via Lemlist or similar tools. Manage deliverability, including domain warm-up, sender reputation, bounce control, inbox rotation, and list hygiene. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, engagement metrics, and conversion rates. -Client Reporting & Coordination Deliver weekly updates to internal teams and clients: response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline created. A/B test subject lines, CTAs, messaging steps; analyze and share insights. Maintain structured records of outreach activity, feedback, and follow-ups. -Continuous Improvement Share campaign learnings with the team to enhance messaging and targeting. Work cross-functionally to refine ideal customer profiles and project-market fit. Requirements 25 years in business development, outreach, client services, gauge market trends, or similar growth/ops roles (preferably in entertainment, SaaS, or B2B agencies). Excellent writing skills with confidence in crafting cold emails to C-level execs. Comfortable optimizing workflow with AI tools and quick to learn new systems. Hands-on experience with outreach/CRM tools (e.g., Lemlist, Mailshake, HubSpot). Strong analytical abilities and structured thinking to map and qualify targets. Genuine interest in the global media & entertainment space, especially Film & TV. Nice to Have Experience at or working with production companies, studios, agencies, or entertainment vendors. Understanding of co-productions, content sales, or media partnerships. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead gen platforms.
