Job Type: Full-time, Contractual Location: Bangalore About Us Our mission at micro1 is to match the most talented people in the world with their dream jobs If you are looking to be at the forefront of AI innovation and work with some of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley, we invite you to apply for a role By joining the micro1 community, your resume will become visible to top industry leaders, unlocking access to the best career opportunities on the market, Job Overview We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeler / Visualization Specialist to create and optimize 3D assets for factory layouts, equipment, and immersive environments The role involves ensuring models are optimized for real-time rendering, VR/AR readiness, and Omniverse compatibility, Key Responsibilities Convert CAD/BIM files (Revit, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) into USD/OpenUSD formats, Design and develop 3D assets using tools such as Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max, Optimize textures, materials, and lighting for visual quality and performance, Prepare models for real-time rendering, VR/AR environments, and physics simulations, Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver accurate, high-quality assets, Ensure models are Omniverse-ready and meet project performance standards, Required Skills & Expertise Proficiency in CAD/BIM conversion (Revit, SolidWorks, AutoCAD), Strong knowledge of 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max), Experience with USD/OpenUSD workflows, Expertise in texture optimization, lighting, and rendering techniques, Familiarity with VR/AR asset readiness and immersive design principles, Preferred Qualifications Experience with real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity), Understanding of physics simulations and factory visualization, Strong attention to detail with balance between aesthetics and efficiency,
