Your primary responsibilities include: - Creating 3D models using architectural plans, rough sketches, or real-life objects with specialized rendering software. - Applying textures and implementing appropriate lighting techniques to enhance the models. - Collaborating with designers to grasp the design intent and translate it into compelling 3D visuals. - Engaging in post-production work to ensure the production of top-notch imagery. - Delivering high-quality information within specified deadlines for each project. - Being flexible to take on additional responsibilities as required. To thrive in this position, it is essential that you: - Possess 5-8 years of experience as a 3D visualizer in interior projects. - Demonstrate proficiency in 3D-StudioMax, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Have hands-on experience with advanced software like Unreal Engine and Blender. - Exhibit the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. - Show expertise in lighting, texturing, and technical drawings related to interior design. - Embrace the values of Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence upheld by the company.
