Visualiser

As a Visualiser, you will play a crucial role in bringing creative concepts to life. You will work

closely with the Creative Head and Editing team to develop visual representations that align with

the project's objectives and the Creative Heads vision. Your expertise in visual storytelling,

design aesthetics, and attention to detail will be essential in creating compelling visuals that

effectively communicate ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Creative Head, Designers, Editors to understand project requirements

and objectives.

• Conceptualize and create high-quality visual content, including illustrations, stock

footage references in the video and relevant text which comes on screen according to

the content told.

• Develop and refine visual concepts that align with the overall project vision and branding

guidelines.

• Use advanced design software and tools to produce accurate and visually appealing

representations of ideas.

• Ensure consistency in design elements, color schemes, typography, and other visual

aspects across projects.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual

storytelling.

• Revise and adapt visual content based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring timely

delivery of final assets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring

fresh ideas to the table.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high

standard of quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or

equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as a Visualiser, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work, including illustrations,

renderings, and mockups.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual concepts.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional

teams.

• Attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in Video Production.
