As a Visualiser at Arya Samaj Media Team, your role will involve transforming ideas and content into engaging visual designs across various media platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and elevate visual communications. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing visual concepts and designs for print, digital, social media, presentations, signage, and other platforms. - Collaborating with designers, copywriters, project managers, and marketing teams to create high-quality creative content. - Translating written content, briefs, or concepts into engaging visual formats like layouts, illustrations, and infographics. - Using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce aesthetically pleasing and on-brand graphics. - Ensuring all visual content aligns with brand guidelines, style guides, and quality standards. - Revising, optimizing, and iterating designs based on feedback from the creative team, stakeholders, or clients. - Staying updated with industry trends, design tools, software, and best practices to enhance quality and efficiency. - Handling multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines. - Presenting design ideas and concepts clearly, and defending design decisions when necessary. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. - Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Visualiser / Graphic Designer in a creative environment. - Strong portfolio showcasing work in print & digital media, illustration, layouts, and branding. - Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of additional tools is a plus. Skills & Additional Requisites: - Excellent creativity and a strong aesthetic sensibility. - High attention to detail and a drive for quality and consistency. - Good communication and presentation skills for discussing and defending ideas. - Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly. - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Comfortable working under deadlines and handling multiple projects. - A collaborative mindset and ability to work well with different teams.
