As a Visualiser, you play a crucial role in the design process by transforming creative concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively convey the desired message. Working closely with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals, you will be responsible for creating visuals that resonate with the brand's voice and objectives. Your proficiency in combining art and technology will be instrumental in delivering high-quality content across various media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that meet project specifications. - Translate ideas and briefs into captivating visuals, spanning digital assets, print layouts, social media graphics, and promotional materials. - Ensure designs maintain consistency with the brand's identity and messaging. - Create illustrations, graphics, infographics, and other visual elements to enrich content. - Utilize software tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to complete design projects to a high standard. - Generate mockups, prototypes, and final design layouts for presentations and client feedback. - Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver fresh and innovative output. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to foster creative concept development. - Deliver design assets promptly according to project timelines. - Incorporate feedback from the creative team, clients, or stakeholders to refine designs effectively. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse visual design work. Technical Skills: - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is advantageous. Creative Skills: - Strong aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to conceptualize and implement visually compelling designs. - Sound understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail. - Flexible to adapt to evolving project requirements.
