Visual Merchandising Executive - Instore

As a VM Executive (instore), you will play a crucial role in executing the brands" visual merchandising strategy across retail stores. Your responsibilities will include ensuring consistent brand presentation by implementing marketing campaigns, store displays, and product highlights in a timely manner. To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support store teams in maintaining high visual standards. Responsibilities: - Execute visual merchandising elements for marketing campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines across all stores. - Conduct monthly audits and store visits to monitor Display Communication (DC) standards, providing feedback according to SOPs. - Deliver regular training sessions for VM Champs to maintain consistency in visual standards. - Implement timely window displays, interior layouts, and special promotional setups to effectively convey the brand message. - Maintain accurate store dockets with details on fixture sizes, zoning, and category adjacencies, updating them as necessary. - Conduct fortnightly audits of store communication placements using the store application. - Ensure displays are current and refreshed based on new launches, festive campaigns, or seasonal themes. - Streamline SOPs for prop ordering and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment of display materials. - Manage vendors for material sourcing and maintain vendor relationships. - Establish monitoring systems for in-store VM execution to uphold consistent VM presentation standards. Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, graphic design, fashion communication, or related field. - 2-4 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in retail/fashion. - Strong coordination, teamwork, and process orientation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in VM tools and platforms. - Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and outside Bangalore at least once a month.,
