Description
As a Marketing Designer at our company, you will be a key member of the Growth team, focusing solely on growth-related responsibilities and not on the product side. Your primary objective will be to enhance organic and inbound marketing efforts to expand our reach. Your main area of focus will be designing landing pages, which will constitute 60% of your scope of work. Working closely with the Engagement team, you will collaborate across various departments to maintain a consistent brand image, ensure user-friendliness, and convey a cohesive message across all digital marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Growth, Marketing, and cross-channel teams to create and enhance website design and content marketing materials that resonate with our target audience. You will contribute fresh design ideas, leverage industry expertise, and maintain a high level of design quality in brand-level web and graphic design projects. Data and analytics will guide your web design strategies, and you will work with developers and other teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices. Striving to deliver an exceptional user experience, you will focus on optimizing site traffic through effective calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content. Your role will also involve developing documentation, designing digital web assets, updating landing pages, and creating various digital marketing touchpoints. Leveraging data for dynamic layouts and audience segmentation will be crucial for strategic targeting. The ideal candidate for this role holds a BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or relevant field, or possesses equivalent working experience. You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in conceptualizing original website design ideas for SaaS products, emphasizing simplicity and user-friendliness. Proficiency in Figma and experience with Webflow are desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to research and troubleshoot complex design issues, and a knack for providing effective solutions across teams are essential. You should be comfortable with rapid iteration and strategic data utilization, exhibit creativity, open-mindedness, and enthusiasm for overcoming challenges, and possess excellent communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are also critical for success in this role.
