ABOUT THE ROLE

senior Visual & Graphic Designer

You will work closely with the Founders, CX, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure the brand is represented with consistency, creativity, and clarity across all digital and offline touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Identity & Strategy

• Co-create and maintain the visual identity systemlogo usage, color palettes, typography, iconography.
• As part of the Branding Team,

  decide, approve, and standardise all brand collaterals

  across the organisation.
• Translate brand strategy into strong visual narratives and design systems.
• Continuously refine and evolve the brand design language as the company scales.

Brand Collaterals & Creative Assets

• Conceptualise and design:
• Resident-facing collaterals (event posters, onboarding kits, newsletters, notice boards)
• Social media and digital campaigns (static, carousel, and basic motion)
• Investor & business decks, CX reports, internal presentations
• Signages, wayfinding, standees, brochures, and merchandise
• Property-level branding, room collaterals, in-property branding touchpoints
• Build and maintain a central library of templates, design systems, and asset repositories.

Motion Graphics & Multimedia (Preferred)

• Create short motion graphics, reels, and brand videos for campaigns and announcements.
• Support basic video editing and brand-level storytelling through multimedia content.

Digital & UI Support (Preferred)

• Design landing pages, mailers, and basic UI screens using Figma/Canva.
• Collaborate with product/tech (if required) to convert layouts into usable interfaces.

Creative Concepting & Storytelling

• Convert raw, operational or CX briefs into strong visual stories.
• Bring fresh creative ideas for campaigns, engagement initiatives, and events.
• Design with empathykeeping residents, parents, partners, and employees in mind.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with CX, Operations, HR, Sales, F&B, and Founders Office for their design needs.
• Ensure strict brand consistency across all properties and communication channels.
• Manage multiple projects with tight timelines and minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality, alignment, and timely delivery for all collaterals.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Figma and/or Canva for quick mockups & layouts
• Good to have:
• After Effects / Premiere Pro or equivalent for motion/video
• Strong command over:
• Typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Infographics and data visualisation for decks and reports

• High attention to detail with an eye for clean, modern aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts or related field (preferred).

• 45 years of experience

  in branding, visual design, or creative roles at an agency/startup/consumer brand.
• A strong

  portfolio

  showcasing brand identity work, campaign design, and multi-format collaterals is mandatory.
