Visual Designer- UI/UX

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Beghou Consulting, you will be a key player in transforming user needs, wireframes, and product objectives into visually appealing, user-friendly, and scalable interfaces. Your role involves leading the visual design process, defining the design language, and ensuring that all outputs adhere to top-notch design standards, motion integration, and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Implement fundamental and advanced visual design principles to create elegant and user-intuitive interfaces. - Develop consistent, scalable, and on-brand visuals that align with product objectives and user expectations. - Transform wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. - Collaborate with interactive designers to incorporate animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance usability. - Manage and enhance the design system and visual identity across various platforms. - Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to guarantee smooth execution of designs. - Maintain high design quality throughout the development process via effective handoffs and regular quality assurance. - Offer guidance to junior designers, review their work, and uphold visual excellence across the team. - Establish visual guidelines and best practices for storytelling to be implemented across different teams. Qualifications Required: - Profound understanding of UI/UX design principles encompassing layout, hierarchy, typography, grids, responsiveness, and accessibility. - Strong capability in visual storytelling using iconography, color systems, and visual hierarchy. - Experience in collaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Business. - Attention to detail in interactions, motion enhancements, and feedback responsiveness. - Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills within a design team environment.
