Key Responsibilities: As a Visual Designer at HAN Digital, you will have the opportunity to support consulting engagement reports, brand storytelling and GTM initiatives. You will create visually compelling content for various digital medias, helping to elevate our capabilities to global visibility. Key Responsibilities: Visual Design Creation: Primarily support and help consulting engagement reports, sales& marketing materials, etc, Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects, including but not limited to websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns. Develop visually appealing layouts and concepts in collaboration with the internal team. Specialize in designing PowerPoint presentations, including charts, visuals, and other graphical elements to support corporate presentations. Collaborate closely with corporate leaders and BU heads to ensure design work aligns with strategic goals . Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools to contribute fresh ideas and approaches. Plan and execute visual strategies to inform and inspire new designs through competitive analysis Desired Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual design. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills Proficiency in design software, power point presentations, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
