Project Role : Visual Designer Project Role Description : Interprets the brand and creates visual design and brand identity aligned with the experience and design strategy. Collaborates with the design team to translate concepts into compelling visuals. Must have skills : User Experience (UX) Design, Usability Design, Visual Design, Balsamiq, MF -COBOl, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, Adobe photoshop, Figma Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for interpreting the brand and creating visual design and brand identity aligned with the experience and design strategy. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the design team to translate concepts into compelling visuals using your expertise in User Experience (UX) Design, Usability Design, Visual Design, and Balsamiq. Roles & Responsibilities: Create and execute visual design concepts and strategies that align with the brand and design strategy. Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into compelling visuals. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed. Ensure that all design elements, templates, and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in User Experience (UX) Design, Usability Design, and Visual Design. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Balsamiq. Strong understanding of design principles and best practices. Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, visual arts, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions.
