About The Role

Insurance does not have to look dull and neither should our design. We are looking for a Visual Designer who can turn complex ideas into clear, striking visuals. You will help shape how millions of users see and experience ACKO across product screens, campaigns, and brand touch-points. If you love great craft, ask smart questions, and enjoy keeping pixels in line, we would love to meet you.

What You Will Do

  • Create beautiful, user-focused designs for our app, website, and marketing campaigns
  • Understand product journeys and identify where design can improve clarity and delight
  • Work with product designers, marketers, and developers to maintain a consistent visual language
  • Contribute to our design system so everything from icons to illustrations feels cohesive
  • Share fresh ideas and creative perspectives during team brainstorms
  • Stay curious and keep learning new tools, trends, and techniques
  • Deliver visuals that directly impact how customers discover, understand, and trust our products

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong portfolio showing excellent craft, attention to detail, and visual problem-solving
  • 3–5 years of experience in product motion design or interaction design with a strong motion focus
  • Solid understanding of designing for digital products
  • Good sense of typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Comfortable collaborating with teams and explaining design choices
  • Proficiency in Figma, AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Eagerness to learn and experiment with new ideas and approaches
Bonus skills: motion design, illustration, or side projects that show creativity and personality
