Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. Freshers with strong creative instincts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including digital magazine, social media posts, website banners, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Design layouts for articles, reports, and other content.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop engaging visuals that align with our brand identity.
Develop infographics and illustrations to simplify complex information and enhance reader engagement.
Basic video editing of podcasts and interviews.
Maintain consistency and quality across all design projects.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design ideas into projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Prior knowledge of basic video editing skills is preferred.
Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense.
Good communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts.
Design and artistic sense with good command over English language will be preferred over knowledge of design softwares.
