VisionPlus (CMS) - Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual with at least 5 years of experience in VisionPlus (V+) (CMS) as a Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with V+ CMS and possess strong development skills in Mainframes including Cobol, JCL, VSAM, and CICS. The responsibilities of this role include functional areas such as posting, statement processing, interest processing, non-mon and monetary flow, as well as cards issue/re-issue processing. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Communication skills are essential in this role as it involves interacting with customers and producing daily status reports. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. The successful candidate should be a good team player and have the ability to lead a team. Being proactive, adaptive, and flexible to work in shifts are important traits for this position.,
