Vision Expert

As a potential candidate, you will be joining a fast-growing optical retail chain in India. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Learn and perform eye tests under expert guidance. - Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear. - Manage retail sales and achieve store targets. - Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. To be eligible for this position, you should have a science background (12th pass) or be a graduate/postgraduate in B.Sc/M.Sc (any stream). Freshers are welcome, and no prior optical experience is required. Upon joining, you will receive training in eye testing (both practical and theoretical) and retail sales. You will also have real-time customer exposure and the opportunity to earn certifications in Optical Retail Sales & Eye Testing upon completion. After successful training and certification, you will be promoted as a Certified Vision Expert with higher salary and incentive opportunities. This is a full-time job that requires you to work in person at the retail location.,
