Visa Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Visa Officer with in-depth knowledge of student visa filing for Canada, UK, Europe (Schengen), Australia, and New Zealand. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in reviewing documentation, guiding partner agents, and managing end-to-end visa application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess student visa documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Guide partner agents and internal teams on document readiness and process updates.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration rules and filing procedures

Preferred Qualification/Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream; certifications in immigration or counselling are an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in student visa filing across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of country-specific immigration policies and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with partner agents or sub-agents.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot red flags in documentation.
• Proficiency in using visa portals
