Job Description

Guide clients about all necessary documentation required as per the application (Study, visitor, Work Permit, PR etc.) . Collect & organize all these documents.
Accurately fill various visa application forms in accordance with official guidelines. Ensure all applications are compliant with current immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Communicate with various channel partners through email & phone call.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for biometrics, medical examinations, and visa interviews as required.
Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their visa applications.
Maintain detailed and organized records of each client’s application process for reference and compliance.
Oversee internal tracking systems and databases to monitor the progress of all active applications.
Prepare students for university and embassy interviews, including guidance on common questions and interview etiquette.
Write SOP’s & various other letters required for different type of applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
