Visa Filing Officer ( FEMALE CANDIDATES )

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in accurately completing visa application forms for UK and Australia
• Review and verify supporting documents ( passports, financials, academic records)
• Stay updated with immigration policies, SOPs, and embassy guidelines
• Coordinate with clients to gather missing information and clarify doubts
• Liaise with universities, embassies, and consulates for application updates
• Maintain organized records of each case and track application status
• Prepare clients for interviews, biometrics, and portal submissions (UKVI, ImmiAccount)
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data protection regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred in Administration, Law, or related field)
• 1–2 years of experience in visa filing or immigration consultancy
• Strong knowledge of UK and Australian visa categories (student, tourist, dependent)
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Office and visa portals

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
