Explore Visa Hub is a trusted name in visa consultancy, specializing in Visitor Visas, Work Permits, and PR processes for multiple countries. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Filing Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file visa applications for various countries as per embassy/consulate requirements.
• Review client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Stay updated on the latest immigration rules, visa processes, and document requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to collect missing documents and clarify doubts.
• Maintain records of all applications, receipts, and communication with embassies.
• Track applications and update clients about the status.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely filing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa filing or immigration consultancy (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of visa categories, documentation, and embassy processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).

Salary:20,000 per month + Incentives
