Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Executive based in Bengaluru. The Visa Executive will be responsible for managing visa applications, providing guidance on visa requirements, coordinating with clients, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role includes daily interactions with clients, adherence to regulatory requirements, and processing visa applications in a timely manner.

• Experience in Visa processing and Visa regulations
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of travel and immigration procedures
• Proficiency in office software and visa processing systems
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
