Job Summary:

Visa Officer- will be responsible for providing comprehensive visa services. Assisting students for documentation and processing of visa for Studying Abroad. Maintaining a strong relationship with students and ensuring timely execution of the visa process. Person will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting clients through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counseling applicants for visa process and documents.
• Handling Visa Queries of study visa.
• Coordination with student and internal team for documents required for Visa filling.
• Quality check of the documents for offline and online submission.
• Filling of visa application & taking appointment
• Tracking the visa application status.
• Sending regular updates to students and counselors.

Requirements:

• Must be a Graduate with any specialization.
• Should have knowledge about Visa filling process and requirements.
• Should have good command over English Language
• Knowledge of SOP (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
