Visa Counselor - Trainee

We are looking for a female fresher who is enthusiastic about starting her career in the immigration and visa consultancy industry. She will assist senior visa counselors in handling client counseling, communication, and marketing activities. Training will be provided, but the candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling Support

• Assist senior counselors in guiding clients for study and visitor visas.
• Help in preparing and organizing documents for visa applications.
• Support in handling walk-in clients and responding to basic queries.

Marketing & Content Support

• Coordinate with the marketing team for online/offline promotional activities.

Client Communication

• Make basic calls to clients and immigration agents.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain client records.
• Support in lead management and inquiry handling.

Requirements:

Experience: Freshers can apply (prior internship or exposure in counseling/marketing will be an advantage).

Gender: Female candidates only.

Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in front of the camera (for marketing videos).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, social media).
• Eagerness to learn visa counseling, sales, and marketing.

Education: High School or graduation in any stream.
