Visa Counselor

Irenic International Education Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Visa Counselor with 1 to 2 years of experience in handling study visa and tourist visa applications for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and other countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients throughout the visa application process and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counseling for study and tourist visa applications across various countries.
• Advise clients on the documentation required for visa applications and assist in preparing them.
• Ensure clients meet all visa eligibility criteria and understand the process for submission.
• Keep up to date with visa policies, regulations, and changes across countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
• Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Communicate with clients about the status of their visa applications and handle any queries.
• Follow-up on client applications and provide support during the visa interview process, if necessary.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to align student profiles with visa requirements.
• Assist with mock interviews for clients preparing for visa interviews.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Visa Counselor, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on study and tourist visas.
• Knowledge of visa requirements for countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other international destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple visa applications efficiently.
• Client-focused with the ability to build trust and provide comprehensive support throughout the visa process.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenges in visa applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
