Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate or Master’s degree
• Must have experience in the immigration field (Telecalling, Telemarketing, or a similar role)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and making quick decisions
• Hard-working, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in immigration services
• Explain visa processes and assess eligibility
• Schedule consultations and follow-up calls
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads
