Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Visa Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will not only excel at one-on-one counseling but also have strong public speaking and presentation skills to conduct seminars, workshops, and information sessions for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counseling to clients on study abroad and visa processes.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs, universities, and visa options.
• Stay up-to-date with immigration and visa regulations for various countries.
• Conduct public seminars, webinars, and presentations on study abroad opportunities, visa procedures, and test preparation.
• Handle client queries in person, via phone, or email in a timely and professional manner.
• Guide clients through documentation and application processes.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and promote seminars and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills — must be confident in addressing groups.
• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
• Knowledge of overseas education systems, visa processes, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and client-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience conducting educational seminars or workshops.
• Familiarity with IELTS, TOEFL, or other test preparation processes.
• Multilingual abilities (English, Hindi, Punjabi, etc.) will be an advantage.
