Visa Counsellor

Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and clients on study, work, dependent, and tourist visa options for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Europe. Handle inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media. Assess client profiles and provide accurate information regarding eligibility, processes, and documentation. Manage application processes end-to-end: documentation, submissions, follow-ups with embassies, and updates to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, immigration policies, and international education systems. Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions abroad for seamless processing. Maintain records, update CRM systems, and achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or Immigration background preferred) 1–3 years of experience as a Visa or Overseas Education Counsellor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good command over spoken and written English (knowledge of regional language is a plus) Familiarity with visa processes for at least two of the following countries: Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Europe Ability to multitask and handle client queries efficiently What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Professional training and career growth opportunities A supportive and dynamic team environment Exposure to international education and immigration markets Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
