Job Description:

Guide clients on visa processes, eligibility, and country-specific requirements

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications and supporting documents

Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers for smooth application handling

Track application progress and follow up with authorities and clients as needed

Maintain updated knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, and policy changes

Provide accurate and timely information to clients via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings

Counsel students or professionals on destination options based on their profile and goals

Maintain and update client records and case files systematically

Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, payments, and appointment scheduling

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the application process

Handle client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Participate in training sessions, seminars, and workshops to stay current in the field
