We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Visa Counsellor & Filing Officer to join our Patiala office.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients for Visitor Visas and other immigration services.
• Handle end-to-end visa filing and documentation for various countries.
• Assist clients in completing visa application forms and preparing documents.
• Stay updated with current immigration rules, embassy requirements, and documentation standards.
• Follow up with clients and maintain proper records of applications and case files.
• Coordinate with embassies and VFS centers when required.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa counselling or filing (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple files efficiently.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
