We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Visa Counsellor & Filing Officer to join our Patiala office. Key Responsibilities Counsel clients for Visitor Visas and other immigration services. Handle end-to-end visa filing and documentation for various countries. Assist clients in completing visa application forms and preparing documents. Stay updated with current immigration rules, embassy requirements, and documentation standards. Follow up with clients and maintain proper records of applications and case files. Coordinate with embassies and VFS centers when required. Maintain professionalism and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa counselling or filing (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple files efficiently.
