Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team and help grow our client base. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, cold calling, managing sales pipelines, staff augmentation, and client relationship management through various online platforms and direct outreach. Key Responsibilities : Lead Management & Conversion : Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into opportunities. Maintain and update the lead pipeline regularly using CRM or spreadsheets. Follow up diligently with warm and cold leads. Cold Calling & Outreach : Initiate cold calls and emails to prospects to introduce company services. Build rapport with potential clients and understand their requirements. Staff Augmentation Support : Coordinate with internal teams and clients to propose suitable candidate profiles. Assist in staffing solutions and managing contracts for short/long-term projects. Contract Management: Facilitate the preparation, review, and signing of service-level agreements (SLAs), NDAs, and contracts. Maintain documentation of signed agreements and client communications. Meeting Scheduling & Coordination : Schedule discovery calls, demos, and follow-up meetings with prospects. Coordinate calendars between internal stakeholders and client representatives. Lead Generation Tools & Platforms : Utilize tools like Lusha, Apollo.io, Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads and extract contact information. Manage company profiles and bids on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal). Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions. Basic understanding of IT services and solutions. Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Apollo.io, and Lusha is a plus. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). --- What We Offer: Training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
