As a Senior Architectural Visualizer, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into compelling, photorealistic imagery and animations. Leading visualization projects from concept through delivery, you will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure that visual content meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and technical accuracy. Your key responsibilities will include developing assets by modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering architectural scenes in V-Ray, Corona, and Lumion for stills, fly-throughs, and VR presentations. You will also be involved in defining and maintaining the visual style and quality benchmarks, mentoring junior artists, and collaborating with architects, interior designers, and clients to understand briefs, provide design feedback, and iterate visuals based on notes. Additionally, you will optimize workflows by developing and refining render pipelines, scripts, and tools to improve efficiency and consistency across projects. Project management will be a crucial part of your role as you plan deliverables, set milestones, estimate timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion. Quality control is essential, requiring thorough reviews of all visual outputs for technical accuracy and brand/design alignment. Staying current on visualization trends, software updates, and emerging technologies will be part of your responsibility to continuously elevate the offerings. You will be expected to generate VR tours with 360 renders and other VR content such as mono and stereo walkthroughs. Leading a team of 3D artists is also a part of the role. The ideal candidate will have technical proficiency in V-Ray (3ds Max or SketchUp), Corona, and Lumion. A strong grasp of 3D modeling in 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit is necessary, along with advanced understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and camera composition. Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, or equivalent for post-production is required, as well as knowledge of Generative AI. With a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in architectural visualization, the candidate should have a proven portfolio showcasing photorealistic stills, animations, and interactive walkthroughs. Exposure to real-time engines such as Unreal and Unity is a plus. Soft skills required include strong visual storytelling and art direction abilities, excellent communication and client-facing skills, attention to detail with impeccable organizational and time-management skills, and leadership experience including mentoring junior team members. Education qualifications include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.,
