Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Personal Stylist at Mulmul, located in New Delhi. As a Virtual Personal Stylist, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized styling services to customers by conducting virtual styling sessions through video calls, chat, or messaging platforms. You will need to understand each client's style preferences, body type, budget, and wardrobe needs in order to curate personalized outfit recommendations using our product catalog. Your expertise in offering fashion advice on styling, fit, colors, and current trends will be crucial in driving sales conversions and recommending products aligned with client needs and brand promotions. In this role, you will be expected to build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat engagement and loyalty. It will be essential to track client preferences, feedback, and purchase history for follow-ups and to achieve individual styling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and client retention. Additionally, staying updated on the latest collections, brand drops, and fashion trends will be necessary to provide the best service to our clients. To excel in this position, you should possess skills in Personal Styling and Fashion Styling, along with experience in Customer Service and Sales. Your Image Consulting abilities, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will be beneficial in delivering top-notch customer service. The ability to work effectively in a team environment, knowledge of current fashion trends, and any previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
