SkySlope Ops (Core Deliverable)

• Spin up complete transaction files the moment contracts hit your inbox.
• Upload, tag, and assign all docs across SkySlope checklists with zero drift.
• Run compliance checksensuring clean, legible, and correctly placed paperwork.
• Close out files with all final docs (CDAs, settlement statements, closing packets) pre-loaded before review.
• Knock out broker audits and resolve flagged items without hand-holding.

Document Control & Agent Coordination

• Track, chase, and collect missing disclosures, amendments, and signatures with proactive precision.
• Manage a centralized document repository on Drive with consistent naming + structure.
• Communicate clearly via email/Slacklaser-focused, no fluff.
• Update internal CRMs with key file progression checkpoints.

What you bring to the table

• Mandatory:

  1+ year expert SkySlope experiencefull-cycle transaction file setup + compliance.
• 2+ years in US residential real-estate admin/TC/compliance roles.
• Pro-level Google Workspace fluency + comfort with Slack/Teams.
• Systems thinkercomfortable juggling 3545 active files without dropping the ball.
• Self-driven operator; thrives in async, fast-moving remote environments.
• Strong written Englishdirect, crisp, and professional.
• Stable remote setup with reliable connectivity.
