Job Title: VIP Product Counsellor Location: Andheri East – Sakinaka Job Description: We are hiring a VIP Product Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with premium customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions through up-selling and product counselling. Key Responsibilities: Handle B2C sales, pre-sales, or lead generation via calls Upsell products and services to existing and new clients Build rapport and deliver excellent customer experience Achieve targets and contribute to revenue growth Requirements: Qualification: SSC / HSC Languages: English + Hindi (Linguistic candidates preferred) Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO Sales / Upselling / Pre-sales / Collections Skills: Excellent communication, confidence, and convincing skills Age: 24 to 39 years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand) + Incentives Linguistic candidates can earn up to ₹35,000 based on experience Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM Week Off: 1 Rotational Off Join us if you’re passionate about sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment!
