Brief About Role: We are seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead growth initiatives and expand our market presence in the electronics and electrical sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven record of driving revenue through new business channels. Role & responsibilities Responsible for overall in charge of Business Development Operations and Management to conduct business development & marketing, identifying business opportunities, and revenue generation through business development. Supervising all departments to ensure alignment with business development goals and overall company strategy. Drive business growth through client relationship management, new opportunity generation, and strategic networking. Understanding client requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Lead business development to acquire clients and achieve revenue goals. Generating leads, creating of database, and developing productive business relationships & other such opportunities. Responsible for developing Business Plan, future projections & presenting it to the directors. Conducting research and development for various Business opportunities, Investors, upcoming projects & potential client. Conduct business analysis & identify revenue generation bottlenecks, and creates reports for Directors. Responsible for supporting in optimization of business revenue generating techniques through financial planning, raising funds, studying various financial reports like Cashflow, Profit & Loss, etc & providing corrective measures & must deep understanding of the Financial Metrics is a must. Creating business policies and ensuring its implementation by respective team. Making sure that the policies, processes, systems, and reports are followed and executed by the team. Assigning Targets and Tasks further to the team & supervising them so as to achieve the approved business plan. Supervising, evaluating & creating various business reports & presentations. Identifying business issues, trouble shooting, resolving bottlenecks and making timely escalations as a leader. Strategize and implement with legal, financial advisors, accountants, and managers on different projects/assignments taken up. Attending various board meetings and/or shareholders meetings. Conducting Marketing activity by attending various networking forums, events, business & industry meets. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the Sales/Marketing, preferably within the electronic industry, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role. Strong understanding of the Electronic/Manufacturing landscape in India, including market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management. Good knowledge of generating MIS reports & presentations Strong analytical & reporting skills Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
