Flats site is too small and society is very congested.3 KM away from pune Mumbai highway.
I have visited for resale flat and and that spoil my mood .i don't know how peoples are leaving there .

At site for viewing, waiting 50 mins now and the sales team is busy celebrating birthday in the middle of the day. Hire professional people. You will lose clients with this staff. I'm leaving now. So thats 2 clients lost already for a birthday celebration. Change your work culture.

The connecting path I mean the road( actually you can't say it's a road) is worst . You will feel that you are living in a disconnected world. But yes flats are good as it's a new society.

I am staying in this society, really nice near to nature, and the carpet area of flats are really good, only one thing I don't like is soundproofing is not that good
