Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Sales Executive located in Jabalpur. The Banquet Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their event needs, preparing and negotiating contracts, coordinating with the banquet team to ensure smooth execution of events, and following up for feedback. The role also involves maintaining sales records and reports, and achieving monthly sales targets. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in customer relationship management Event planning and coordination skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
