Vigilance SAR Investigator

As a Team Member - Staff Accountability Reviewer (SAR) in Mumbai, reporting to the Team Leader - SAR, your role involves conducting investigations and finalizing reports of cases related to Fraud, Attempted Fraud, Corruption, and Staff accountability. You will be responsible for identifying process lapses, recommending improvements, and submitting findings to the Team Leader. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting investigations and submitting findings to the Team Leader - SAR. - Identifying process lapses/control weaknesses and recommending improvements. - Following up for closure of action points from investigation reports. - Preparing various MIS for Senior and Top Management. - Assisting in benchmarking relevant processes to best practices. - Assisting in keeping the Vigilance policy current and updated. Your essential competencies should include exposure to internal audits, fraud risk management, fraud investigation, and analytical thinking. You should be highly motivated, organized, a clear thinker, an excellent communicator, and committed. Being a good team player and having the ability to travel at short notice are also important. Qualifications and relevant experience required for this role are: - Professional qualifications like CA/CFE/MBA (in Finance) from a reputed institute are preferable. - Good academic record. - 5 - 8 years of work experience in the financial services industry or a related control function.
