Vigilance Head

As the incumbent, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Formulating procedures to be followed for vigilance and detection of fraud, corruption, and other unethical endeavors. - Performing risk analyses periodically to assess susceptibility and recommending measures for counteraction. - Providing general oversight for the probes of inquiry into frauds and illegal acts or breaches of bank discipline. In your role, you will also be required to: - Perform relevant checks for compliance with guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). - Communicate and cooperate with law enforcement bodies and anti-corruption authorities in regard to fraud investigations. - Safeguard the secrecy and other sensitive information and reporting structures regarding all operational issues of vigilance. - Encourage the practice of ethical banking by bringing to the attention the repercussions of unethical behavior. - Build whistle-blower reports and solicit the fear of reprisal for breach of specified rules.
