Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the store team.

• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely entry in ERP/Inventory software.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials as per safety and quality guidelines.

• Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

• Oversee loading and unloading operations while ensuring minimal material loss/damage.

• Maintain documentation for inward and outward material movement.

• Implement and monitor store processes, including FIFO/FEFO, to reduce wastage.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping in the store area.

• Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
