As a Video Producer at Rasayanam, you will play a crucial role in elevating the brand's presence through high-level creative direction, focusing on video production and motion design while emphasizing the wellness message. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading video and motion design projects, ensuring they align with Rasayanam's brand values and goals. - Overseeing the creative direction of video content for campaigns, social media, website, and more. - Collaborating with design and marketing teams to develop integrated content strategies. - Keeping abreast of trends in video production, animation, and motion design to bring fresh ideas to the table. - Guiding and mentoring junior creatives, providing feedback and inspiration. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in creative roles, with a significant focus on video production and motion graphics. - Proficiency in After Effects & Premiere Pro, with added value in Adobe Creative Suites & Videographer. - A portfolio showcasing excellence in video production, motion graphics, and storytelling. - Strong leadership skills to manage projects from start to finish and guide a creative team effectively. - Strategic and creative thinking abilities to drive business and brand objectives. - A passion for wellness, sustainability, and natural health is a plus.
