As a Videographer cum Editor, you will be responsible for creating captivating video content and graphics that resonate with our brand message and goals. Your role will involve video editing, graphic design, creative development, and project management. In the realm of video editing, you will be tasked with conceptualizing and crafting cutting-edge reels, social media videos, advertisement films, and telefilms. Your duties will include assembling raw footage, integrating music, dialogues, graphics, and effects, and producing rough and final cuts with a focus on logical sequencing and smooth transitions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure that the content you produce is engaging and aligns seamlessly with our brand identity. Your expertise in graphic design will come into play as you design visuals for video content, social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Consistency in design across various media channels will be a key aspect of your role. Creativity will be at the core of your responsibilities as you work with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute innovative concepts for video and graphic content. Staying abreast of the latest trends in video production, graphic design, and social media will enable you to bring fresh and compelling ideas to the table. Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, and After Effects is essential for this role. Strong graphic design skills utilizing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will also be required. Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and special effects will further enhance the quality of the videos you produce. In terms of project management, you will handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content. Maintaining well-organized files and project documentation will facilitate easy access and future reference. To qualify for this position, you should have proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing your work. Your visual storytelling skills, attention to aesthetics, communication abilities, and collaboration aptitude will be crucial. The capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment, along with strong time management skills to meet deadlines, are also essential.
