You are applying for the position of Photographer & Videographer at UrbanEdge Consulting, located in Vadodara. As a creative and technically skilled individual, you will be responsible for leading content production efforts in the Real Estate and Education sectors. UrbanEdge Consulting collaborates with premium residential projects and reputed schools/coaching institutes to create engaging digital content that drives audience engagement and lead generation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct professional photoshoots and video shoots at real estate sites and educational institutions, capturing campus visuals, walkthroughs, testimonials, and events. - Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists in collaboration with the creative and strategy teams. - Edit and deliver high-quality videos, short reels, and promotional visuals tailored for digital campaigns. - Capture drone footage and cinematic visuals for property walkthroughs and campus showcases. - Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. **Required Skills & Software Proficiency:** - Equipment Handling: Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbal stabilizers, and drones (preferred). - Editing Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop. - Additional Tools (Preferred): Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, CapCut, and InShot. - Strong understanding of lighting, framing, transitions, and audio-video syncing. - Knowledge of content formats suitable for Meta Ads, YouTube, Instagram, and websites. **Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in real estate, education, or advertising domains. - Portfolio showcasing property videos, campus films, testimonials, or event coverage is required.
